A highly unusual multi-strand necklace with feature end caps and bolt ring. As indicated, I was most impressed by the professional work undertaken to ascertain value and intrigued by the process, having had the opportunity to discuss when collecting the item. Will now revert with another item for valuation.

We had my wife's engagement ring valued for insurance purposes. Tim attended a home visit - he had kindly rearranged his schedule on a Friday night for us in order to fit the request of our insurer. Very Knowledgeable & Accommodating

We had a Diamond Engagement ring, Diamond Pear shaped solitaire and diamond earrings valued for insurance. Tim from the offset was most accommodating, agreeing to a home visit at 5pm on the 30th December. He spent 2 hours with us that day , taking care to explain to us every step in the process as we were interested, and anecdotally telling us of his past experience. He is a most friendly man, who's knowledge in the subject is both wide and deep. He also brought an enthusiasm to the valuation that I had never seen before in a person so experienced in the job. We arranged to visit him first thing in the morning at his Chelmsford premises a few days later as the valuation had to be finished, and again his knowledge, experience and enthusiasm shone through. The cost of the valuation was very reasonable considering the professionalism and time taken to prepare the report, and the photo's that accompanied the report were first rate. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you Tim.

Watch Valuation

I went to Tim for an insurance watch valuation after finding him online. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The watch was analysed and examined in front of me, several photographs taken. The report was then sent online to me along with the value, it also included all the photos so provides a very comprehensive report. I would recommend Tim's services for any jewellery valuations and the shop was easy to find.

I had four premium watches valued - two Rolex and two Omega. Tim came to my office to do the valuations and was delightful throughout the whole process. Another Excellent Valuation by Tim

I used Tim a couple of times in the last year pre-pandemic when he was based in Hatton Garden thankfully I was able to track him down to use him again most recently. He was able to squeeze me in last minute and came to my house and did everything from my dining room table. I had my report later that evening and the hard copy less than two days later. He's super knowledgable and trustworthy, always had a great experience and would recommend him to anybody on the hunt for someone to help them with their valuation needs.
